MCM can manage exhibit logistics, saving you valuable time. Serving as your direct liaison, MCM will coordinate with vendors and oversee all aspects of the event, including contract negotiations, design of the exhibition hall, communications and on-site management.  MCM will assist in selling floor space to your preferred list of exhibitors, as well as coordinate other components that are needed to ensure a successful event.

We'll handle all the details for you:

• Build an effective timeline
• Manage booth assignments; develop exhibitor directory and signage
• Coordinate with drayage carriers; equipment and AV rental providers, and other service contractors
• Work closely with a decorator to create an exhibitor’s kit that is customized to your event
• Design a floor plan that will maximize booth space and attendee flow
• Process exhibitor contracts, invoices and payments
